To Kick Off 2018, a Minceur Café!

Hi there!

So….here’s the scoop…

I’m not closing down my blog nor stopping FCP events.   I’m sorry I haven’t been around as much as I would have liked to these past months (past year?) but I had other priorities to attend to and. It was hard and I was going through a crisis.

Well, I feel like I’m coming out of my cave now! Turning a page and 2018 is going to be a whole different story! Lire la suite

I want to wish you something priceless, limitless, precious and rare…MORE TIME FOR YOURSELF! and use that time to meditate…write…sleep…love yourself.

Have an extraordinary 2018!images

Merry Christmas! Enjoy with loved ones!

My family building a snowman.

Feeling guilty I wasn’t out there building it with them. But I needed my time alone.

This picture was taken in January 2013! What a great memory. I took it out to say how grateful I am to have such a lovely family. Christmas time is for kids but also for a fun family get together. I hope you will be with family and/or friends too. Don’t be alone. And if you know anybody who is alone, why not invite them over? It’s sad to be alone during festive times.

On another note, I’m preparing my Lire la suite

Jolly June Events

What? June already!! Well, yes, and it will go by very quickly. Before you know it, school will be out and you’ll be on the « autoroute du soleil » on your way to the beach! So I’ve put together a few events and managed to squeeze them into June, just so you can leave on a long break with a good memory of me. And you’ll look forward to September because the show will go on! 😉

First, this little piece of advice, maybe something to ask for on Mother’s Day?… Lire la suite

Fab Feb Events!

February begins in one week and I’m happy to announce 3 exciting events for this exceptional 29 day month. Actually shortened by 9 days for me because I plan to go away after the last event. Time to go skiing! I miss the awesome majestic Alps covered with pure white snow and breathing in that fresh crisp air! Looking forward to hearing the deep, mysterious silence at the top of the mountains and then skiing downhill tout schuss and flying like a bird….aaaah….I’m a different person.february And of course, we’ll be celebrating Lire la suite

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

th

Well, how lucky am I to write my 100th article today!

Perfect timing because I intended to thank all of you who have been to our FCP events and to those who would really like to come but can’t, and they still write nice replies to my emails. Thank you so much to those who cheer me up when I want to abandon everything, to those who believe in me, and to my husband especially who has been my number 1 fan from the beginning! Thank you David!

And thank you Guillaume, Maureen, Helen, Deirdre, Cara, Danielle, Séverine, Orgeval, Robynn, Sonja, Catherine, Nathalie, Lizzie, Lara,Aude, Charlotte, and more…all of you who have hosted and presented…I’m sorry if I forgot to mention you here.

I’m grateful we’re all healthy and safe. Thinking of all the things I’m grateful for gives me so much energy! Try it, you’ll see!

Happy Thanksgiving everybody! Have a fantastic day!

Lots of Love to you and your family,

Happiness is Gratitude and Thanksgiving

Every year I look forward to the month of November and of course Thanksgiving.  Having grown up in New York, I celebrated this holiday and its meaning stayed with me. It’s a beautiful celebration of gratitude, along with an amazing meal. I’m grateful for Lire la suite
