Zero gluten foods will be presented by one of our favorite chefs, Janine Springall (l’Assiette de Paris) in tasty Mexico style with some authentic Mexican products from Ingrid Paillet’s « Mi Tiendita« , and Annamaria Formetini (Easy-Healthy.org), a Certified Health Coach will talk to us about the benefits of a gluten-free diet. What’s wrong with gluten anyway? Bring your questions!
Also, while you’re there, you can have your profile photo taken by Hildur Heimis(Hildur Heimis Photography). Elaine Lam-Tetard’s art will decorate the Orangerie set in the beautiful park of the Brunetterie.
